Ordering and Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay, via secure payment.

Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent as soon as the order is validated, followed by a second one with the tracking number when the package is dispatched.

Delivery

How long before my order is dispatched?
Within 48 to 72 business hours, via Chronopost with tracking included.

Where do you deliver and at what cost?
France and Belgium €9.60, Spain €12, Germany €15. Full details on the Delivery and Returns page.

Sizes

How do I choose my size?
Measure your foot and refer to the length in our size guide. When in doubt, take the larger size: the faux fur takes up a little space during the first few days.

Do you offer half sizes?
No, only whole sizes from 23 to 46.

Materials and Care

What are your shoes made of?
A soft synthetic upper, a faux fur lining (100% polyester), and a TPR or EVA sole. No animal-derived materials. See Our Materials.

Are they waterproof?
No. These are winter models designed for warmth; avoid wearing them in heavy rain. A dry brushing is sufficient to maintain them.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of receipt, unworn and in its original packaging. Requests can be made from your customer account.

Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return costs if you change your mind; they are covered by Islandboot® if the error is on our part.
