At Islandboot®, your order ships quickly, with tracking, and you have plenty of time to change your mind. Here is everything you need to know before and after your purchase.

🚚 Dispatched within 48 to 72 hours

We prepare and ship your package within 48 to 72 business hours, via Chronopost with included tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the package leaves.

Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay with complete peace of mind.

↩️ 30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us, unworn and in its original packaging. The request is made from your account: open the order and choose the item to return. Once the package is received and checked, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

📦 Return shipping costs

In the event of a simple change of mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the error is ours—a defective item, wrong size, or wrong model sent—Islandboot® covers the full cost of the return.
